CONFEDERATION FOR CHALLENGED
Brief history- Today’s Confederation For Challenged (CFC) was founded in the midnight of 25.02.2005 as Indian National Confederation For Challenged (INCFC) at Bachat Bhavan, Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab) during the 6th. Annual Conference of PHA with a dream to establish a united National Platform, based on vision of Sardar Ran Singh Kalsi, an industrialist of Mandi Gobindgarh, to struggle unitedly for the betterment of the target groups. A seven member Adhoc Committee was formed to pen down the constitution of the organisation headed by Sardar B.S. Dardi associated with Sri Kashmir Singh Sanava. Sri G.C. Patnaik of Oddisha was given the responsibility of preparing Memorandum of Association & to frame Rules & Regulations assisted by Prof. S.Prakash (Bihar), Sri Manmohan Jargar (Punjab), Dr. G.J. Bankar (Gujrat) & Ln. G.A.Rao (Kurnool A.P.). The Draft – Constitution was prepared by Sri G.C. Patnaik & was put up before the committee for discussion at its periodical meetings held at Sambalpur, Jammu, Ahmedabad, Kurnool & finally at Puri. At Puri members decided to resign on 22.10.2008. At Bassi Pathana, a seven-member Executive Committee was constituted and the constitution was adopted for the organisation CONFERERATION FOR CHALLENGED and it was resolved to get this organisation registered under Society Act. Accordingly CFC was registered on 21.01.2009 at Chandigarh headed by its President Prof, S.Prakash (Bihar), Vice-President Dr. G.J. Banker (Gujrat), Secretary General Sri Manmohan Jargar (Punjab), & Treasurer Ln. G.A. Rao (Kurnool A.P.) along with three executive members.
